What SQL Server Permissions are required for DOC xPress?

The following Server Permissions will need to be granted to DOC xPress users:

·        Requiredpermissions to the DOC xPress database are db_owner.

·        To successfully document a SQL database, the user must have view definition permissions on any objects that you wish to document.  Keep in mind that if you have public permissions on the server, you will still receive a list of the databases that exist on the server.  However the properties of those databases that you do not have adequate permissions on will be blank.

·        User must have SQL 2008 Reporting Services or higher in order to document SSRS Reports located on the File System, or SQL 2008 R2 Reporting Services or higher in order to document SSRS Reports deployed to a Web Service (Native or SharePoint Integrated Mode). Permissions on the server must be: Browser in the report tree and system user on the web server itself.
